2 billion dollars for Apple
The obligations Apple released in Japan, provided the company 2 billion dollars. SEC, the American stock guard dog tells us that the minimum investment was 100 million Yen, about 1000 dollars. This gives Apple the largest cash reserve of all US companies. Because the most the cash reserve of Apple is outside the USA, they have to pay tax for 35% of it. Because of that it is attractive for Apple to work with obligations.
